Flexible Training Times Built Around Athlete Development

We offer structured training slots throughout the week, with recommended Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday splits for athletes. While we can accommodate busy schedules, these training days allow athletes to build consistency, recover properly, and get the most out of their program.

Athlete Evaluations

Athlete evaluations are currently available during the 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM evening training slot.

Evaluations are designed to help us understand each athlete’s current ability, goals, movement quality, and training needs before recommending the best program or schedule.

Our full training schedule moving forward will include afternoon and evening training slots Monday through Thursday.

Recommended Athlete Training Splits

For the best results, athletes are encouraged to train on one of the following weekly splits:

Option 1: Monday and Wednesday
Option 2: Tuesday and Thursday

We can accommodate busy schedules when needed, but these training splits are ideal for consistency, recovery, and long-term athletic development.
