What makes Aligned Athletics different from other training programs?
We focus on long-term athlete development, not just workouts. Our training is structured to build movement quality, strength, coordination, and durability so athletes can perform better and stay healthy over time.
What age athletes do you work with?
We primarily work with athletes between the ages of 14–22 who are serious about improving and developing their performance.
Do you offer a trial session?
Yes. We offer an Athlete Evaluation Session so we can assess how the athlete moves, understand their goals, and determine the best path forward.
How are the training sessions structured?
Training is delivered through small-group sessions to ensure individual attention and coaching quality. Each session follows a structured progression focused on development, not random workouts.
How do I know if this is a good fit for my athlete?
Our Athlete Evaluation Session allows both the athlete and parent to experience the environment, coaching, and structure before committing. We focus on making sure it’s the right fit for long-term development.
Do you offer 1-on-1 training?
Yes. We offer 1-on-1 coaching for athletes who need individualized attention, specific development, or targeted support.
How often should my athlete train?
Training frequency depends on the athlete’s goals, sport demands, and schedule. We provide guidance on what will be most effective for their development during the evaluation process.
